How much is postage and packaging?

UK standard First Class delivery is a flat rate of £2 and is added to your order upon checkout.

We also offer Special Delivery at £5.75. This service includes tracking. If you would prefer you order to be sent by this service please add UK Special Delivery to your cart. Please note this does not prioritise your order, but simply upgrade the service by which it is sent.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Standard Airmail to all overseas countries is a flat rate of £3. This service does NOT include tracking.

If you would prefer a trackable service we also offer International Signed-For at £6.75, simply add International Signed-For to your cart. Please note this does not prioritise your order, but simply upgrade the service by which it is sent.

Any custom charges incurred are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We aim to dispatch your order within 3 working days of receiving cleared payment. You will receive confirmation once your order is dispatched.

For the UK, First Class delivery generally takes 1 - 2 working days and Special Delivery is guaranteed by 1pm the next working day following dispatch (excluding Saturdays).

For overseas customers, both Airmail and International Signed-For services aim to be delivered within 3 working days for Europe and 5 working days for the rest of the World though this can often be longer depending on customs and the service in your country.

If you need your item/s more urgently please contact us before making your purchase and we will do our best to accommodate.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We prefer payment through PayPal. You are not required to have an account or sign up for an account to do so but if you do have one you may of course use it. PayPal accepts debit and credit card payments as well as regular account payments.

If you would prefer not to use PayPal we will also accept personal cheques and postal orders (UK customers only). To arrange this please use the contact form and state the item/s required and your preferred method of payment.

**Please note orders paid with eCheques or personal cheques will only be dispatched once funds have cleared**

How secure is this store?

This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).

Do you accept returns?

Yes, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it within 14 days of receipt. Items must be returned in their original unworn condition and at the buyers expense. It is your responsibility until it reaches us and for this reason we strongly recommended you gain proof of posting. Refund excludes original postage and packaging fee.

**Please note this does not apply to items altered specifically to your needs or earrings for hygiene reasons, both are non-refundable**

What is vintage?

We generally regard anything pre 1980s as vintage. Vintage components are commonly used throughout our designs and may occasionally show signs of aging - tarnish, age spots or scuffing - though wherever possible we will always try to avoid this. On the most part vintage components are previously unused and are from old factory stock.
